In late 2024, I received a diagnosis that would cause most people to panic. While I certainly didn’t take it lightly, with God’s help, I was able to process the news and prepare to do my part. At the time, I was also preparing to launch https://ctn.travel, the Caribbean Travel Network—a global online booking engine focused on connecting vacationers with resorts worldwide, especially in the Caribbean.
The launch strategy was built on a dynamic marketing campaign using social media, email marketing, SMS, WhatsApp, and video. However, due to my medical condition, I quickly realized that executing such a campaign would be nearly impossible in my state.
After undergoing surgery and beginning to feel better, I was faced with an uncomfortable question: what can I do with the little free time I now had? Accustomed to staying busy, that question kept repeating in my mind. Then, the answer came to me—why not create a system to manage the marketing for CTN?
I needed a domain to host this new system. After brainstorming names, I suddenly remembered I owned a domain: simeya.net. It wasn’t in use, and just like that, I dove in and began developing.
As I built, I realized this system shouldn’t just serve CTN—it should serve any business. The idea expanded into a community-based marketing platform: Simeya.
Everyone belongs to a network—whether it's family, colleagues, alumni, or a nonprofit. And yet, few of us truly engage these networks in sharing business opportunities or services, mainly because there’s no incentive. Simeya changes that by providing real, tangible incentives for sharing.
Many small businesses and organizations can’t afford traditional marketing services or doubt they’ll see a return on investment. Simeya removes that burden by offering access to its platform for free. Some premium services, like merchant processing, carry a small fee to cover external costs.
At the heart of Simeya is a reward system. Every company or individual agrees to allocate a small percentage of their profits to reward the people who helped generate those profits. Users invite their network—family, friends, coworkers—and the system tracks referrals across multiple levels.

In this model, seven users receive direct cash rewards. Beyond cash, the platform also issues reward points that can be used in the Simeya Shop to make purchases, adding even more value to user participation.
Simeya also includes a powerful feature called Simeya Sharing, which allows users to share networks with others by mutual consent. You can send a request to another user to share networks; once accepted, that user decides which user group to share. This feature supercharges the ability to grow one’s network.
