      1.4. Reward System

      • - Businesses that participate in the Simeya reward program must distribute cash or points-based rewards as follows:
        • - Level 1 (Direct Referral): 50%
        • - Level 2 (Second-Level Referral): 25%
        • - Level 3 (Third-Level Referral): 10%
        • - Level 4 (Fourth-Level Referral): 5%
        • - 10% is allocated to charitable organizations and Simeya Network's operational costs.
      • - Businesses are required to honor the reward structure transparently and promptly.

      1.5. Fees & Services

      • - Free Services:
        • - Basic membership and standard features are free for all users. - Paid Services:
          • - Merchant services and certain pro features require a paid subscription.

        1.6. Termination & Suspension

        • - Simeya reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms.
        • - Users may delete their accounts at any time through their profile settings.

        1.7. Limitation of Liability

        • - Simeya is not liable for:
          • - Misuse of shared data by other users.
          • - Fraudulent transactions between members and businesses.
